Refund policy

Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

If any product is found to be defective, we will provide a replacement at no additional charge. Our limited warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not apply to damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.

Our products are tested and certified in accordance with applicable children’s product safety regulations, including U.S. requirements such as the Consumer Product Certificate (CPC) and ASTM F963 standards, as well as compliance with CPSIA requirements. Internationally, our products are tested to meet EN71 standards for the European Union, CE marking requirements, UKCA standards for the United Kingdom, and applicable safety regulations in Canada and Australia.

For safety, batteries should be replaced by an adult only.
